       Dose a child have the rights and allowance to manage his own
 life? Nowadays, most parents and teachers make more and more 
rules for children. Many people believe that it is good to encourage 
good behaviors and keep child away from dangerous. While, another
 argument exists that too many rules will limit children’s creativity 
and happiness and children need more freedom. This is admittedly 
a topic worthy of discussion.

       Many people maintain that more rules for children can develop 
their food behavior. For example, children have a regular time to eat 
and sleep, which is benefit to their health. Furthermore, children who
 have good behaviors may be more attractive and favored by other
 people.

       Children are more likely to be away from dangerous if they obey 
the rules. As is known to all, most accidents in the roads happened 
because lack of the knowledge of rules. Children always want to do 
what they want to do if without any limitation.

       Taking an alternative perspective, it can be argued that rules may
 limit children’s creativity and happiness. If parents do not allow their 
children to watch TV until 10 o’clock, their children will be unhappy. 
They may usually follow what their teachers order and forget creating.

       What’s more, children need more freedom. They can enjoy 
themselves and have fun if they have more freedom. Children have 
the rights to decide what they really want, which can make children 
much happier.

        Taking all these factors into consideration, it is generally accepted
 that rules can protect children and encourage good behaviors. 
However, it is hard to say whether rules limit children’s creativity and
 happiness. Here, I firmly believe that though it is desirable to allow 
children as much individual freedom as possible, this should never 
be at the risk of children’s safety. Moreover, parents and teachers have
 the responsibility to educate children, who need some rules to assist 
them.
